In 2006, I bought my first Weimaraner, Treisi. She was our faithful hiking companion and a reliable family dog. Although she never received hunting training, she surprised me with her natural ability to show game. She passed away in August 2024, but she will remain in our hearts forever. I knew a few months before that the hounds would always be a part of my life.
I wanted to keep my memories of the Weimaraner unique, so I decided on a German Shorthaired Pointer. I was fascinated by their diverse coloring and the individual expression of each individual. In September, we brought home a new four-legged friend – Bella od Šedivé hory. From the very first days, she was a temperamental, inquisitive and at the same time conflict-free female.
Knowing that this is a hunting breed, I wanted to properly direct her natural talents. We started with basic training and then, under the guidance of Michaela and Vojta Schwägerl, we embarked on hunting training. We went through countless training sessions, tests, experienced falls and huge successes. Thanks to this, I gained not only valuable experience, but also strong friendships.
I never thought that we would start breeding, but with the support of my family and my husband, this dream became a reality. On June 2, 2024, seven beautiful puppies were born to us. The litter is registered under the D'Argento Suerte kennel. The male Aslan D´Argento Suerte and the female Arya D´Argento Suerte stayed at home, the others found great owners with whom we are still in contact.
I believe that another wonderful journey through the world of hunting cynology awaits us with our offspring and I look forward to all the future experiences we will have together!
